In Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, scenarios are broken into cells that you can use to create your own strategies. Place your soldiers according to the location of your enemies to improve your chances of success. To move your characters from cell to cell, slide your finger over your smartphone screen. To attack an enemy, you'll need to be in a cell adjacent to the one where they're standing, so you'll need to play smart.
